You may give us your credit card information when you place your order using the "Shopping Basket" or print out your order page and fax it to us at (818) 997-7504. The charges on your credit card bill will appear under the name UnderSports, Inc.
Checks and Money Orders
LASC accepts US$ denominated personal checks drawn from US banks, US$ denominated cashier's checks, and US$ denominated money orders by mail. It is our policy to fill your order as soon as the check clears (about 7 days). There is no delay for money orders. There is a $10.00 penalty charge for all bounced or rejected checks. Shipping and Handling
We carry a large inventory and usually ship in-stock orders within 6-12 hrs, excluding weekends and national holidays. The current availability of every item is shown on its order page. All items are shipped in discreet packaging.
Shipping charges are determined by the number of products you are ordering. Within the US, there is a shipping and handling fee of $4.45 per order plus $0.50 per item ordered. For Express Mail, the additional charge is $20. The exact shipping & handling charge will be calculated for you on the Shopping Basket page when you place your order. All orders shipped within the U.S.A. are shipped via the United States Postal Service, using expedited 2-Day service to most metropolitan areas in the contiguous 48 states.
Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for domestic orders of $50 or over. Ships via fast, 1-3 days delivery. Limited time offer.
For Canadian shipments there is a shipping and handling fee of US$5.95 per order plus US$0.50 per item ordered. Shipments to Canada are shipped via Air Mail.
For International shipments (except Canada, see above), there is a shipping and handling fee of US$9.95 per order plus US$0.95 per item ordered. All shipments outside of the USA are shipped with the U.S. Postal Service via First Class or Priority Air Mail. Delivery may take from 5 days to 3 weeks depending upon the destination country.
Important: We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information. LASC is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-US shipments. In the event that an order shipped by Air Mail is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 6 months.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for certain orders.
From time to time, we offer special discounts and savings on selected styles that can be accessed with a Promotional Code. When we issue you a code, please enter it on the checkout page and hit "apply". Please note that Promotional Codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, such as items already marked down, or used on previous purchases. Does not apply to pre-order items, gift cards, seasonal exclusions, taxes and shipping. Applies to merchandise only. Limited time offer, limited to one per person. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional amount is not reimbursed if used on a purchase that is returned or exchanged.
Returns & Exchanges
LASC guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 30 days. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange or refund.
When returning your order, be sure to include your order number or a copy of your original packing slip and indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.
If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.
Clearance items and final sale items are not returnable or returnable for exchange only, please see item page for details. Additionally, certain in-demand styles as well as orders for stylists and costume departments are returnable for store credit only. We do not accept returns on items that are in unsatisfactory condition, are missing original tags, or have been washed. LASC actively monitors account activity for unusual order, payment or returns behavior. We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts in these circumstances.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your parcel. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
